1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of YALG, a content creation and automation platform operated by YALG. By creating an account, connecting an integration, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you are using YALG on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that company or organization.

2. The Service

YALG helps users create, organize, generate, schedule, and analyze content for professional and social platforms. Features may include AI-assisted writing, voice anecdote processing, connected social integrations, post scheduling, analytics, and related workflow tools.

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account or connected integrations have been accessed without authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use YALG responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform requirements.

• Use YALG only for lawful business, creator, and content operations.
• Do not use the service to generate, publish, or distribute spam, deceptive content, harassment, or illegal material.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, access controls, or connected platform restrictions.
• Respect the terms, policies, and permissions of connected services such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, GitHub, and Google.

5. User Content and AI Output

• You remain responsible for the content, recordings, posts, files, prompts, and other materials you provide to YALG.
• You grant YALG the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, and display your content so we can provide the service.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts before publication or external use.
• You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for content and accounts you connect to YALG.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for checking generated content before relying on it or publishing it.

6. Connected Platforms

YALG may allow you to connect third-party platforms using OAuth, API keys, extensions, or other authorization methods. You control which integrations you connect and may revoke access through YALG settings or the connected platform.

Your use of connected platforms remains subject to each platform's terms, developer policies, and data use rules.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans, trials, usage limits, renewals, taxes, refunds, and cancellations are described at checkout or in your account billing settings. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You authorize YALG and its payment processors to charge applicable fees for the plan and billing period you select.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data. By using YALG, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in that policy.

9. Intellectual Property

YALG and its software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by YALG or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of YALG intellectual property to you.

Subject to these terms, you may use the service for your own business or creator workflows.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

YALG is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YALG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to YALG if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that may harm YALG, users, or third-party platforms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting the updated terms on our website or sending an account notification.
