Data deletion instructions

This page explains how YALG users can request deletion of personal data and connected social platform data, including data received through Meta and Facebook integrations.

How to request deletion

Send us your request

Email privacy@yalg.ai from the email address linked to your YALG account. Use the subject line Data deletion request.

Tell us what to delete

Include your YALG account email and, if relevant, the connected Facebook Page name. You can request deletion of your full account or specific imported content.

We confirm and process it

We acknowledge deletion requests within 72 hours and complete eligible deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.

What can be deleted

Depending on your request and applicable legal obligations, we can delete or anonymize the following data:

  • Account profile details such as name and email address
  • Connected platform tokens for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, GitHub, and similar integrations
  • Imported social posts, anecdotes, drafts, generated content, uploaded media, and related metadata
  • Autopilot settings, feature settings, and content preferences linked to your account

Disconnecting Facebook is also available

If you only want to remove YALG access to your Facebook Page, open YALG Settings, go to Profile, and disconnect the Facebook Page integration. This removes the stored Facebook Page access token from YALG. If you also want existing imported or generated data deleted, send a deletion request by email.
